Product works better than I thought it would. Great on my limestone kitchen floor with many grooves. No more hands and Knees!! Got lots of little spots out of carpet quickly and was great at drying up the water from the carpet.

We bought a previous generation of this beast ~15 years ago, and after much abuse it finally gave up the ghost. After looking around and reading reviews, we settled on the "All-Terrain" model. (1) The "suck" has improved markedly. I tend to be very thorough, which means multiple do-overs and a pretty wet carpet. Yet this vac sucked up enough of the water that the carpet was pretty much dry again after only 30-45 minutes. The old model took 2-5 hours, and that was with box fans running to help ai......

I own several rental properties, and this product was purchased in lieu of hiring professionals, or using a commercial Rug Doctor. I have used it in my own home with excellent results, but the real test was cleaning a rental townhouse left in a filthy condition by the previous tenants. This product "looks" great and would be good if it worked like it was suppose to but is made out of such cheap plastic that every moving part literally breaks on the first use or within the first few uses guaranteed!
